YOGA INDEED CAMP WITH FRANNY CHANDRA
We invite you to our 3-day YOGA INDEED CAMP at the beautiful @willa_bizorenda.
The villa is located in the Biała Nida valley, so we will start our trip with a kayak trip (option for those interested).
During your stay you will be able to take part in unique training sessions led by Franny Chandra.
In your free time you can relax in the sauna, take a walk in the forest, read a book on the large terrace, swim in the heated pool or have a relaxing massage. with heated water or arrange for a relaxing massage.
For those who are interested, we have prepared a strengthening yoga workshop with our instructor, during which Franny will help you gradually, step by step, to achieve difficult positions,
Wonderful hosts will prepare vegetarian meals for us using local produce.
